Hi i do not work for first2host but a few things that might help.

Try sending a second support and see why they did not answer the first i'm sure there will be a reasonable explanation. Failing that you can always try firing a message over on twitter. Week days there response is great. At the weekends i think they deal with the most urgent ie sites down etc. But i have never had any problems they always seem very keen to help.

Would you guys be able to provide me with a reseller hosting sponsorship? I'm the owner of a not-for-profit organisation that is aiming to allow students and entrepreneurs to start a online business free of charge. I'd offer business advice, support and other such things myself. I'd also monitor all accounts on a weekly basis to prevent any unauthorised use, and manually verify registration information.
I require a modest reseller account with unmetered bandwidth, overselling enabled and around 50GB storage. A monthly leased WHMCS license would be preferable where possible. I'm splitting my Service across multiple suppliers, so each supplier has relatively low needs to fulfil.
Regarding my half of the deal, I'll list you as an partner/sponsor in a prominent location on my website, and depending on how well you meet my requirements, potentially within my logo as well.
