My web site didn't work already for 3 days. I have sent a ticket to support team - no answer. Live chat guys can't solve any problem - useless. It's the worst experience with hosting provider!!!
These people are very strange to me. I have to open ticket for each cpanel account to get rid of the issues. They even disable the mail() function, which is the backbone of every site nowadays. On requesting, they replied they cannot enable that due to security reasons. If you cannot provide the service your client demands then you should not provide hosting service
The Internet has many different services related to site keeping. But GPD Host is the best one of them, in my opinion. They have the cheapest web hosting, cheapest domains. There you can register your own domain, you can get your site to a vps server, you can build your site through sitebuilder – there are so many options. I have a wordpress site and it runs perfectly on GPD’s hosting. Very happy with that.
