I just want to say a big thank you and your staff. Everyone at QHoster is polite, patient and very helpful. I have to admit that I was a bit concerned about moving from a managed hosting environment to a shared server. But all my concerns and fears were unwarranted. Everything works fine: - network and server uptime, perfect), - speed connectivity is fast, - 24/7 customer support is helpful.

I'm using products and services from Qhoster have years. I have contracted several products with Qhoster. Actually i have an OpenVZ VPS Linux, a Web Hosting Pro and a cPanel Managed VPS 2. I can easily say that Qhoster has greatly improved its services, especially technical support in last year. The last support request was answered in less than 24 hours and I can only thank the support technicians. I have no complaints and can quietly recommend their products and services. In my country, similar products are simply prohibitive in price and do not even closely match the quality of the products offered by Qhoster.

Support Tickets 18 Months No Reply, Main Phone Disconnected
No one is home at this company, go elsewhere. I've had support tickets for 18 months that have never been looked at, tried calling their toll-free numbers and they're disconnected. This is a fly by night operation that someone abandoned long ago. UPDATE (JUNE 30): To be fair to them, a server outage that brought all my sites & many other customers' down two days ago IS being addressed and support tickets ARE being answered. Companies can change and in the web hosting space, acquisitions are common, so I think it's important to know the support I am seeing now is good, and the kind that (if it continues) will keep me as a customer. Their prices are good, when the servers are up the service is fine. One thing I like about them is you get free SSL certificates with all domains (including addons). If I had to do it all over again, I'd go to wholesale-domains.com and sign up as a reseller (for free) because I have a lot of domains and I'd want the wholesale price. I wish I had known about them last year.
The company had no support for few months in 2018, due to unfortunate events. We are again fully operational and support is active. Thank you for the update on your review.
