Hello, Sorry for keeping you waiting. The problem was with our node that all the newly provisioned VMs were not responding as expected. Digging further, we found that the IP range was having the issue; we contacted our painted data centre for the same.
We have resolved the problem, and the VM has been deployed successfully. We have shared the logins via ticket, and the same copy should have been sent to your registered email address. As an apology, we have added seven days of FREE service to your account, and the due dates are adjusted accordingly.

Hello, We are sorry for any inconvenience. First, you contacted us to get an addon domain added under a cPanel hosting, but the existing service didn't have any free addon services left. Also, you were trying to add the identical domain as an addon domain, But in cPanel, you can not add two similar domains on the same node.
Note: The same thing has been clarified to the customer (Mr. Ashwin), and he adjusted the domain to another service with us.
