The value that ServerGuy brings to our operations is incommensurable. Over the past year, we contacted ServerGuy with some very complex cloud-based issues at various time of the day (often in the middle of the night IST time). We ALWAYS received an answer with an ETA immediately. They also always managed to solve the problems in a timely manner. Although we have a dedicated administrator, the company was always able to provide one of their administrators who was knowledgeable about our infrastructure. This was irrespective of the time of day. We strongly recommend working with ServerGuy!
We migrated from Nexcess to Serverguy, for only one reason that we needed india Hosted server, atleast after moving from Nexcess, which otherwise was the best in my Opinion , ServerGuy has not let me miss Nexcess support anytime till now, hope they would keep up the same tempo.Some of the Features do not reflect on third party features like Alexa, or Gtmetrix, even if the site is faster in real time, perhaps that needs to be checked.
