Sharkserver is a great hosting if you are looking for off grid hosting that won't log your every movement. personally, I've only bought a VPS but am sure dedicated servers are through many means, a step up.
Having moved here from Hostgator, I can only thank the support for assisting me with the move. Hostgator was a nightmare for me with insane resource limits. Guys at SharkServers helped to transfer everything and even offered free management, as I don't really know what I'm doing. A+
I found SharkServers about a year ago and decided to give it a try. Since then I've been a happy customer. The support has always been there for me whenever needed.
I have a dedicated server with these guys, and I can not deny that there have been issues. However, they've always handled everything professionally. The support is great, and they help with things you wouldn't normally get help with if using other hosts. I see the other reviews saying that there's no support, but I've never had problems. Whoever can't get support with these guys, should read their Terms, as maybe it's not covered. I've never had issues here.
I have pay on 6/9/2020 for a vps service 36$ and they not reply to email's tickets ,nothing. I wrote them to refund me if they can not offer me the service and not reply too :( First time in my life 20 years i am buying services and i saw this behavor. i don't want refund anymore just i wish to give the money to the doctors very interesting if they will reply to this , i am waiting
Using a dedicated server from them for the last 4 months. Everything is running great, and the network speed is awesome. The only thing I don't like is that there is no remote reboot, but that's only for my type of server. Support is always fast, although I didn't need too much help.
I have a dedicated server with them for over 5 months, and I'm very happy. Best support I've ever encountered - friendly, fast, and makes me feel like I'm a part of the family. Top service.
