We wanted to host a website and improve loading times in mainland China. First we had problems with MySQL and PHP versions, they moved the service to another machine. This took a while. Then we had several other issues. In the first month we had to submit 9 tickets.

So money back guarantee period is already passed! Surely they did it in purpose! Once we moved our server to Sino, all our business has stopped! Server doesn’t work properly. I wrote almost 15 times to fix it. Support dept tried many ways but no solution. We could not effort sucb big gap in business so we stopped sino and asked money back. We have got proper reply after a month. They said money back guarantee period has passed and once we tried all servers worked well! If you would like to buy thier service i say think twice
