Just moved my sites over from GoDaddy to ChemiCloud and wow… what a difference. The migration was painless (their support literally handled everything...

for me) and I can’t stress enough how good their support team is. Super fast replies, actually helpful, and they don’t treat you like you’re just another ticket in the queue. Performance-wise, my sites load noticeably faster now. With GoDaddy I was constantly dealing with slow pages and random hiccups, but on ChemiCloud things just work. Honestly feels like a huge upgrade all around. If you’re stuck on GoDaddy like I was, I’d say the switch is 100% worth it.

they accept PayPal. at first I didn’t understand the DirectAdmin panel that was unfamiliar to me and did not understand how to start the site. wrote in support and they immediately answered me and even helped me build everything as needed. I also note the advantage of receiving SSL for a couple of clicks and for free.

ithout any warning or explanation, even though I hadn't made any changes to the server. Their customer support was unhelpful, offering no solution or clarity. This kind of overreaction and lack of communication is completely unacceptable. I can't recommend this hosting provider to anyone looking for reliable service. Very disappointing.
