t i expected in terms of server speed. They have okay support team, but i have seen better support among other Indonesian hosting provider. Their support time have an outstanding response time but sometimes they didn't give you satisfactory answer. All in all, i really recommend their Wordpress hosting, and I also recommend their reseller hosting package if you're just starting to build your own web hosting business (it's affordable). But, if you need more resource and more responsive server, i suggest you to try other provider (or you could try their jetvm service which i haven't tried yet).
