all with Interserver to make sure it was the right move for all of my clients. Everything turned out great. I decided to move every domain, every client using various hosting platforms they offer. They are quick with support. Usually within an hour but not always. They NEVER take days to respond. They offer so many great services often already included in your hosting. I am just amazed how great they have been. I can register domains quickly, order a hosting package FAST and I couldn't be happier. If you got stuck with a dud host service that turned to crap like my old host provider, I strongly encourage you to give Interserver a try. Maybe start small like I did to make sure. I am now doing ALL of my web hosting services with Interserver and I am soooooo happy. You should be too.

I had a very disappointing experience with InterServer. I paid for two separate accounts, but after requesting cancellation for only one of them, b...

oth accounts were closed without my consent. I never asked for the second account to be canceled, and suddenly I lost access to a service I had already paid for. What is even more frustrating is the lack of proper communication and support. Instead of resolving the issue, I was left without clear answers or a solution. I requested to escalate the matter and speak with a manager, but this was not properly addressed. This situation feels unprofessional and unfair. Closing a paid account without explicit permission is not acceptable, especially when it affects business operations. I hope the company improves its customer support and internal processes, as this experience was very disappointing.

Not recommending Onliveserver, double-billed, super slow CS support, terrible Tech Support

At first we subscribed to Onliveserver located in Japan to test out our system on Nov 2019, everything's good until there's a DDOS attack hit us, caus...

ing us unable to reach our dedicated server. Submitted a ticket to them to ask for assistance but they cannot do anything to help, they can just trace the source of the IP and block it or allow a certain IP to be whitelisted first to remedy the situation. Lame technical support. On top of it, their billing really sucks, which they actually double-charged us for the server subscription for consecutive 3 months (which is till Feb 2020). We submitted ticket to ask for refund, yet they only refunded 2 months and not the 3rd month, reopened the ticket and opened live chat but there's no reply from their customer service support. Their CS support also super duper slow and no standard. Overall, DO NOT USE onliveserver! As they really have a bad customer service and technical support! You will lose much more money if you use their service!
